Ms. Ely is the School Counselor at Holy Rosary Academy.  She provides student counseling services for students in preK through 8th grade.  Students can meet with the counselor on an as-need basis or by request. 

 

Greetings Students, Teachers, and Parents/Guardians,

 

          I am looking forward to a great year ahead and am blessed to have the opportunity to be part of such a great team here at Holy Rosary Academy.  I am originally from Cleveland, Ohio and received my B.A. in Psychology and Pre-Theology from Ohio Wesleyan University.  I earned my M.A. in Professional School Counseling at Appalachian State University, as well as a post-graduate certificate in Expressive Arts Therapy.  I am currently a member of the Tennessee Counseling Association and serve on their Governing Council as their Newsletter Chair.

          I have great passion for working with young people and feel priviledged to be here at Holy Rosary Academy.  I am here to serve the needs of HRA students as best as I can.  It is my goal to work together with you (parents, teachers, and administrators) to help our students succeed and strive to reach their fullest potential.  Feel free to stop by my office to say hello, and do not hesitate to call or email me with questions or concerns you may have.  The links below are also provided for use by our students, teachers/administrators, and parents.  I will be updating the website with new links and updates as the year continues.  Again, I look forward to an excellent year ahead working with and getting to know you all!
