PLEASE NOTE FEE CHANGES for 2011-2012

(Holy Rosary Academy before and after school care)

 

HRA ESCAPE HOURS

**Grades K-8: 6:30 A.M-6:00 P.M.**

There is a $ 2.00 per minute per child charge for late pick-up

(Any pick-up after 6:00 P.M.)

 

A $30.00 PER FAMILY registration fee along with your ESCAPE enrollment form are required when child(ren) are registering for the program.

 

ESCAPE FEES

Mornings only (per week)

1 child - $ 15

2 children - $ 25

3 children - $ 30

Morning Drop-Ins (less than 3 days) is $ 3.00 per morning per child

 

Afternoons only (per week)

1 child - $ 45

2 children - $ 70

3 children - $ 90

 

Mornings and Afternoons (per week)

1 child - $ 55

2 children - $ 85

3 children - $ 105

 

DROP-INS (less than 3 days) is $ 20 per day per child

SNOW DAYS (when open) will be $ 30 per day per child

Hours are 7:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. when open on snow days.

 

Please note: If school closes during the school day due to inclement weather, ESCAPE will not be available! All children must be picked up at announced dismissal time.

 

HRA Pre-Kindergarten ESCAPE

 

Pre-Kindergarten ESCAPE Hours:

Morning

6:45 A.M.—7:15 A.M.

Afternoon

3:00 P.M.—6:00 P.M.

  

Late Charge:

There will be a $2.00 per minute charge for any child picked up after 6:00 P.M.

 

A $30.00 per family registration fee along with the ESCAPE enrollment form are required when child(ren) are registering for the program.

 

Pre-Kindergarten ESCAPE FEES

Morning

$3.00 per morning

 

Afternoon

1 child enrolled in Pre-Kindergarten ESCAPE

$55.00 per week

 

2 children enrolled in Pre-Kindergarten ESCAPE

$80.00 per week

 

Drop-in Policy

Children who attend ESCAPE less than three days a week will be charged $25.00 per day per child.

 

Please note:

If the school closes during the school day due to inclement weather, ESCAPE will not be available.

ALL children must be picked up at announced dismissal time.
