  • 1. Where is Holy Rosary Academy located ? Holy Rosary Academy is conveniently located in the Donelson area of Nashville, TN. It is one block off Lebanon Pike at 190 Graylynn Drive. Graylynn Drive is approximately three blocks east of the Lebanon Pike exit of Briley Parkway.

 

  • 2. Is the Academy accredited ? Holy Rosary Academy has the approval of the State of Tennessee and the Diocese of Nashville. Additionally, the Academy is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) and the Southern Association of Independent Schools (SAIS).

 

  • 3. How many students attend the Academy ? Current enrollment is 400 students. We have three classrooms of kindergarten students, and two classrooms each of pre-kindergarten and first through eighth grade students.

 

  • 4. Is there a uniform policy ? Yes. Uniforms must be purchased through Dennis Uniform Company.
  • 5. Does Holy Rosary Academy have a before or aftercare program ? Yes. We call our program Escape. Escape is available from 6:30-7:15 am and again from dismissal until 6:00 pm.

 

  • 6. Do students attend weekday Mass ? Yes. Each student attends Mass twice a week. Middle school students attend on Monday, intermediate on Tuesday, primary on Wednesday, and Thursday is an all-school Mass.

 

  • 7. Besides tuition, are there additional student fees or fees for books ? All book and activity fees are included in the tuition. The only additional fees for students are for field trips, extracurricular activities, and lunches.

 

  • 8. Is financial aid available for tuition ? Holy Rosary does not offer financial aid at this time. Our tuition payments are broken down into equal monthly payments for the convenience of our families.

 

  • 9. What extracurricular activities are offered for students ? HRA offers a variety of activities for all ages:

Forensics 5-8

Basketball 3-8

Football boys 4-8

Choir 3-8

Volleyball girls 5-8

Drama 6-8

 

There are also Diocesan leagues available for baseball, golf, soccer, and wrestling.
