A library volunteer helps with daily library operations. Volunteer duties include checking books in and out of the library, shelving books and processing new materials. Please contact Mrs. Schroder at schroderm@holyrosary.edu if you would like to volunteer. Volunteers play an important role in the success of the HRA Library Media program. Volunteering is a great way to support HRA and become involved in your child’s education.
Birthday Club &
Memorials

We invite you to celebrate your child’s birthday by dedicating a
book to your child in the HRA library.
You or your child may visit HRA library and select a book from the Birthday Book Collection. A special bookplate honoring your child will be placed in the book and your child will be the first to check out their special book. Library staff will also take a picture of the birthday child holding their special book. The picture will be a unique memento of the occasion for your child to keep. Your family name will be added to the HRA birthday Book Mural located in our library.
For a $15.00 donation you can give a gift that will be opened again and again. You donation will be used to buy more books and materials for our library. Hundreds have books have been added to our collection over the years due to the generosity of parents, grandparents and special friends. Please contact Mrs. McGowan at mcgowanc@holyrosary.edu if you are interested in dedicated a book to that special person.

Books may be selected to honor or remember a
special person or loved one. Requests for specific titles will be accepted.
A special bookplate (“In Honor Of” or “In Memory Of”) will be placed
in the book you have chosen.
